Buildings that run themselves.

STC Worldwide engineers building automation systems: designed, integrated, commissioned, and kept running. Controls that hold setpoint at 2 p.m. in August and prove it in the trend logs.

Scope of work

Full lifecycle on the controls side of a building, from sequence narrative to a verified, serviceable system. One firm, accountable end to end.

TAGSERVICESCOPE
DES BAS design & engineering Sequences of operations, points lists, network architecture, panel design, and submittals. Engineered before anything is mounted, so the install goes in once.
INT Niagara integration Tridium Niagara supervisors and JACEs: station engineering, graphics, alarming, histories, and BACnet/IP and MS/TP field integration across vendors.
CX Commissioning & checkout Point-to-point verification, functional performance testing, and trend-based proof: every point checked against the sequence, documented per device.
SVC Service & remote operations Ongoing support after turnover: monitoring, alarm response, seasonal re-tuning, and remote diagnostics that fix problems before a truck rolls.

The loop stays closed

Design decisions get verified in commissioning. Commissioning findings feed service. Service data feeds the next design. Most controls problems come from breaking this loop: handing drawings to one company, startup to another, and the service contract to a third.

Send drawings, a sequence that isn't behaving, or a project you're pricing. An engineer reads every message.
